DOUBLE CHOCOLATE Cake

This is a perfect cake for chocolate lovers out there - a double dose of chocolate. Moist chocolate cake topped with chocolate ganache - simple but super delicious. Baked and served in a 6" x 8" pan, it is portable and a convenient addition to a potluck gathering. 

This cake is best eaten right away, but it can be refrigerated and enjoyed within 3 days, or can be frozen and thawed when needed within two weeks.
